The renovation of the landmarked American Can Company warehouse into luxury condominiums totaled 400,000 sq ft. SBLM replaced over 2,000 windows in addition to reconditioning the facade, mending the deteriorated masonry, and introducting new roofing elements. Key characteristics of the building were preserved in the transformation; with the retention of the landmark's Art Deco Facade, saw-toothed roof, grand-scaled windows, and soaring ceiling heights. SBLM's unique composition included the embedding of a mezanine below the skylights on top floor units, forming vivid duplex apartments
