The design, which is sited among a series retired landfills that are undergoing a metamorphosis into parkland seeks to personify the future vision of the are. The architecture aspires to become part of the grassy knolls it both occupies and creates. Major tenants of the design prinicples are sustainability equity, resiliency, and healthy living. It accomplishes sustainability most profoundly by reclaiming an industrial site as a habitat. Taking greate strides to use turf-architecture to improve the local enviornment and performance of the building.
